The Emergency SHEARS features the necessary tools for uniformed response professionals to safely and quickly go to work in an emergency situation. First of all, the scissors are sharp, 4 layers of jeans cut like butter.
Secondly, they are solid, it is not a thin plate, but a 3mm piece of steel.
Thirdly, the cutter for the wedding rings managed with 3mm copper wire … I think that with soft gold or silver it will go easier. (As always I do not recommend tungsten rings, You can’t cut them easily and can loose Your finger if something happens)
The belt cutter seems sharp, i.e. it is copes well with jeans, so it should also coupe with belts (I don’t have a waste belt to test ;P)
The part for braking glass looks sharp, it should cope with any glass without composite reinforcements.
The locking mechanism is solid, nothing wades, everything is thoroughly tightened.
In short, I recommend having it in a car, at home or at the campsite, or in a aid kit on a bicycle.

Arrived today safe and sound and on time.Thankfully this arrived by regular post office USPS and not those Uni delivery personnel who leave it outside instead of just opening the door and putting it inside.This one has the strap cutter lock and as far as I can tell is exactly the same as the Leatherman Raptors except in name. I cut the lid of a can to test it and it was no problem for these shears.Save yourself money and get these if this model shears is what you want.Thank you for selling them.Will buy again when needed from this seller.There was no need to communicate with the seller.
