The package never made it out of China, and was returned to the sender and signed for by the seller. The seller was good at communicating the need to apply for a refund. I don’t know what the shipping issue was (damage?) I applied for a refund using the 24loop process, showing the 24loop tracker snapshot as evidence. The full purchase price was refunded very, very quickly back into my account (within a day). Very impressive service from 24loop. I then proceeded to purchase the same from a supplier with more sales volume, and presumably more shipping / packaging / addressing experience, which I have now received.
