>>Troubleshooting Guide:

1. What can I do if no WiFi signal can be detected?

(1) Check if the WiFi function of the nearby router work properly when connected to the cell phone directly.

(2) Reduce distance between the USB WiFi adapter and the router for a try, and avoid the obstacles such as thick walls, metals or large-area mirrors.

(3) Check whether the wireless router and wireless AP have settings to hide the wireless network name.

2. What can I do if the WiFi signal can be detected, but cannot be connected successfully?

(1) Check the signal strength of the router. Try to connect the WiFi in a place that has a stronger signal.

(2) Ensure you have entered the correct password.

(3) Check if the DHCP function of the router has been enabled. If not, the WiFi adapter won’t be able to obtain the IP address and connect the internet.

(4) Check if you have set the binding of your Mac address and the router. If yes, you need to set the binding of Mac address and the WiFi adapter.

(5) Ensure encryption type of your router is one of the WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK, and 64/128-bit WEP.

3. How can we troubleshoot if the internet speed is slower than we expected?

(1) Try to use the WiFi adapter in a place that has a stronger signal.

(2) Manually adjust different channels for the router, and find out the optimal channel so that the interference is minimal.

(3) Set the router to 2.4Ghz from 5Ghz for a try.

4. What can i do if there is no 5G signal?

(1) Ensure your router supports 5G.

(2) Check if you have turned on the setting "Combine 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi Network" in Wifi setting.

If yes, only one wifi signal will be shown.

If not, both 5G and 2.4G will be displayed, you could manually choose it.

This was not packaged in the standard ugreen way, it was tossed together with other items I ordered from other stores. Luckily it arrived in good condition and seems to be solid Wi-Fi 6 adapter.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The driver that is available on the adapter is out of date and is notorious for randomly disconnecting. It uses a Realtek 8832BU chipset. I was able to fix this by updating the driver in Windows to version 5001.19.113.0. This seems to fix the random disconnects and much more stable.

Como todos os produtos da Ugreen, essa adaptador é muito bom , funcionou perfeitamente até o momento. é muito útil para que quer utilizar Wifi 5.0 é não tem isso em computador mais antigo ou que o Wifi parou de funcionar.

Работает, вай фай 5 ловит, но проверить скорость адекватно не могу – роутер старый, вай фай 6 не раздает (но 5ггц есть). Тесты скорости сделаны на старом свистке 2.4ггц и с новым на 5ггц.
Почему то при тесте скорости показал результат на отдачу сильно хуже старого адаптера за 175р =(
Отмечается стабильность – соединение не прерывается, ютуб не останавливается на дозагрузку, игры не ловят дисконнект, это большой плюс по сравнению с адаптером за 175р (но и цена разная =))

Another quality product from Ugreen. I have upgraded my old laptops Wi-Fi as it has a crappy Broadcom chipset. Ugreen unit is driven by Realtek chip. Now i can use my 5 GHz although I’m limited by the USB 2.0 port of my ancient laptop. Connection speed has improved a lot. Recommended.

Minha Internet , com o cabo, é de 400mb. Com o adaptador consegui atingir 383mb de download e 128 de upload. Estou satisfeito. A tampa poderia encaixar no fundo do adaptador, igual aos marca textos, sem isso ela ficará solta, guardada em algum lugar, pode acabar se perdendo.
