1. Directly replace the hot end of Bambu Lab X1/X1 Carbon/P1P models, and the size can be used directly. (Note that the P1P model is not the same as the ceramic heating tube.) The VORON model and other DIY designs can be used.
2. The heating block has been upgraded to chrome zirconium copper nickel plating treatment, which is resistant to high temperature printing and has fast thermal conductivity.
3. The nozzle is made of hardened steel material that has undergone quenching and hardening treatment, with a temperature of over 55 degrees, making it more wear-resistant and extending its service life.
4. The radiator and throat are fixed with top screws, which are stable in connection and can be disassembled and replaced, reducing the cost of use.
5. The roughness of the inner wall of the throat and nozzle is Ra0.4, reducing blockage and improving printing quality.
6. The throat and the heating block are integrated into a interference fit, the throat structure is upgraded, and the step limit is added at the fitting place with the heating block to solve the problem of material leakage and falling off.
7. Upgrade the nozzle structure by using threaded connections between the heating block and throat to solve the problem of detachment, and it can be disassembled and replaced to reduce usage costs.
8. Upgrade the throat by adding chromium zirconium copper wrapping for better heat dissipation. The connection between the heating block and the radiator is fixed by two titanium alloy screws to avoid bending and breaking of the throat during high-speed printing. titanium alloy has better insulation effect.
