Коробка приехала в довольно хорошем состоянии (только немного были помяты уголки с разных краев). Сам отпариватель легко держать в руке, со своей задачей он неплохо справляется (особенно в горизонтальном положении). Инструкции на русском нет, но в принципе всё интуитивно. Внутрь коробки положили и переходник для нашей розетки
