1. Return Process
Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Condition of the Product: The product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, you can contact us on this page (click) or by sending us a message to email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Destination: Please note that our products are shipped from various distributors located in China. Consequently, all items to be returned must be sent back to the specified address in China, which will be provided upon your return request approval.
Valid Tracking Number: When you send the item back, you are required to use a shipping service that provides a valid tracking number. Please ensure that you share this tracking number with us via firstname.lastname@example.org. The tracking number serves as proof of your shipment and allows us to track the return process promptly.
