The product is perfect and does it’s job! For reference i got the tags in size 4cm. Delivered within a week?! AMAZING as the manufacturer completed my order once i confirmed order via message. But the most amazing thing is the customer service! The manufacturer was so sweet, kind and efficient. They met my needs within a few hours via fast communication. So for guidance; Download the app. Select your item & quantity. Pay for it. Go to orders – at the bottom of the recent order there should be an icon Text box and Cart. Click on Text box and message the seller with the initials you want. The seller will get back to you shortly with 2 image options – eg IE or EI. You pick whichever image option you prefer and the manufacturer will confirm and process your desired order. Very good customer service!
