A1: Use the share function to add caemras to your family member or friend.
There is only one main account, and can't be logged in on two and more devices at the same time, others need to downlad the app and register, log in too, then share your cameras to them by typing in their accounts or scanning their account qr code. (max. 5 other share accounts), then refresh the main page, then wll have access to live footage. and the main account can edit the permissions of share accounts.
setting path: Settings>Dvice share>Add by account or QR code
Q2: How to use Zoom function?
A2: at the live page or playback page, use two fingers to zoom out or in.
Q3: Do these caemrs support smart home system like: Google Home Assistant, Amazon Alexa etc?
A3: Not yet, but we are develop the interface with Alexa now, need to wait for a while.
Q4: Can I add these caemras to any other device wich support onvif?
A4: only support onvif NVR/DVR/XVR now(contact us first when there is trouble to connect), other devices like: NAS Surveillance Station, not compatible yet.

Camera itself works great, but I need to take one star out because of the struggle the bracket put us through. My specific bracket was incredibly, extremely difficult to twist to the back. I couldn’t do it, and my husband couldnt do it. We decided it was a defect and wanted to return it, but the super nice customer service rep sent me a video of a method on how to force it to turn. My husband was finally able to do it after some struggles. That means if I was living alone with no one to help me, I would not have been able to do it. I still think my specific bracket was a defect, because I don’t see any other reviews with the same problem. At least its good to go now. Honestly, a person shouldnt need a special stance and a crazy amount of force to be able to twist the bracket to the back. Camera itself and the app works great, though.

A caixa chegou pouco amassada, mas graças a Deus parece não ter danificado, funcionando corretamente, boa imagem diurna e noturna, recomendo a câmera e o vendedor que foi muito atencioso e solucionou todas as dúvidas. Sugiro ao vendedor que coloquem essa câmera para funcionar com Tuya, assim ficará ótima.

камера отличная! от этого продавца это уже 5 камера, но первая с двумя изображениями. настраиваются все камеры легко, подключаю через вай фай. единственный минус, что старые камеры не работают в одном приложении с новой (для просмотра приходится пользоваться двумя разными приложениями).

Compré la cámara con algo de recelo, pero la verdad es que tanto la conexión , como la instalación y la calidad son muy buenas .
