Bien embalado, caja sin daños y con todos sus implementos ( c. remoto algo simple). tiene 4 de ram y 25 GB de memoria interna (4 GB ram x 32 GB mem. interna descripción de producto) Es algo complicado de actualizar y/o descargar app pues su interfaz es de tv y no de Android. intenté actualizar por ejemplo kodi y no me dejaba, decía que no era compatible con el teléfono, luego que no era compatible el paquete así que fue algo frustrante. Probé a través de una app interna que trae (apkpure) y ahí funcionó. Tengo un fire stick tv es mucho más fácil su interfaz. Lo destacable que es rápido, se puede apagar quedando con su luz de reloj encendida y bueno hay que familiarizarse en su manejo. Demoró solo 11 días en llegar. Espero dure mucho tiempo ya que tuve un stick tv Q10 que duró solo 2 días y no fue reembolsado por ali.
