My combined order came in <2 weeks. The Dyson replacement strips were easy to install. I needed a small flat screw driver, pliers, and scissors. First pry up the old strip near an end. Use the pliers to remove the fragments that may tear off. Dyson designed the install of the strip to start and end through a hole. This prevents the strip from pedaling off with use. I had to cut about 15mm off of each new strip to allow it to lay flat. You can see in the close up picture how the strip tucked back inside the hole to secure it in place. The other two strips are just pushed in the hole because access would require total disassembly of the floor piece.
