Purchased this item and although the product description states product has free shipping if purchase is more than 10$, I was charged for shipping. I contested the shipping charge and 24loop has refused the refunding of shipping charged and I was told to contact Store. Contact with the store remains without any response. Very bad experience with both 24loop and Store handling this case.
