1. This is an upgraded version of CR10 extruder.
A newly added extrusion wheel makes the filament feed more stable. The design of the double-concave gear also reduces the embossing of the consumables by the extrusion wheel.
The mould steel spring is very rigid, strong in pressure and very durable.
2. There are stainless steel driver gear extruder set and hardened driver gear extruder set for you to choose.
The hardened gears are treated with hardened steel and then treated by nickel plating. Greatly improved the durability and reliability of gears. The extruder controls the filament very well.

After installed,please calibrate the E-steps from 100 to 139,then abjust the E-steps setting by up or down unit value depend your usage result.
For 3d printers with filament detector,as the height of our dual gear extruder may be different from the original one, please print the model to rise up the filament detector to make them at the same height.
For DDE or BNNG Extruder users,please swap the motor wire sequence to make it turn forward instead of reverse.

Экструдер CR-10 для Эндера качественный. Шестерни хорошие и нарезка зубцов для захвата филамента качественная. Если вы захотите взять этот экструдет. То на подвижном плече, нужно с двух сторон шестерни, бронзовые шайбочки. Это нужно для того, чтобы отцентровать насечки с отверстием для филамента. А иначе будет люфтить шестерня и будет плохая подача филамента. Фотографи так же прилагаю.

все как заказывал. у меня такая же уже 5 лет работает, только болт на шестерни рычага заменён на длинотелый а не со сплошной резьбой, как установлен и зажим пружины переделан на рычаг, а на стоке зажимать с низу, у меня, нет возможности. Мой вариант на фото.
