El producto viene tal y como se muestra en la imagen y como dice en la descripción, con los 5 cepillos extras, todos en sus respectivas bolsitas, saqué uno y ya lo probé funciona bien, se siente un poco raro al comienzo, pero es cuestión se acostumbrarse, es importante no tocar los dientes con las zonas duras o posteriores del Cepillo, porque se siente como si nos diéramos un golpe, hay que abrir bien la boca y lavar zona por zona. Para utilizar el ultrasonido no debemos olvidar enjuagar con agua fría, al menos cada 15 segundos, ya que no viene con irrigador, este no tiene la potencia de uno profesional de los consultorios odontologicos, pero para la casa y si se tiene poco sarro, cumple su función perfectamente, no olvidar de desinfectar después de cada uso, pude ser en alcohol de 70° en un vasito pequeño. Llevo usándolo ya tres días con una sola carga y va bien, también decir que el Cepillo eléctrico avisa cada 30 segundos y se apaga solo a los 2 minutos, para un correcto cepillado.
