Completamente original y con todos sus accesorios, incluye convertidor a usb C, me llegó mediante correos de México, esta es la segunda compra que hago a la marca eufy y la anterior igual llegó con correos de México, hice la compra el 13 de febrero y llegó el 4 de marzo. Sin cobros de aduana. Bien embalado.
