¡TERRIBLE Experiencia de envío!
Audifonos muy buenos y todo, justo como se mencionan… pero no cumplen con el compromiso de entrega ni la garantía de los 45 días.
tuve que meter reclamo para que me llegaran los audífonos; porque en el chat me decían: – “que siguiera esperando”… y aunque subí evidencia en el reclamo, de que no me habian llegado, ya en casi 50 días de espera. No cumplen con la garantia de entrega ni devolución del dinero.
Fuera de eso los audífonos están bien hasta el momento pero no me quedan ganas de volverles a comprar; debido a la publicidad engañosa del “envío rápido” o “garantía de entrega”.

They are very good for the price, for me, the best ones I’ve ever had. Sound is not loud enough to bother at the maximum volume (which is very good, some earphones are really loud but in a bad way – and they most of the time sacrifice the quality). I really recommend this, excellent sound quality and excellent bass.. QCY rocks !

O fone tem ima então um gruda no outro fora da caixinha, mais difícil de perder. O som é maravilhoso e não vaza. O cancelamento de ruído é divino, tem 3 modos e uma opção para aumentar sons.
Usei o modo ambiente barulhento durante uma feira do Ceasa (farmer’s market) e quase chorei de alegria em como reduziu o barulho.
Pra baixar o app foi bem simples também.
Enfim recomendo em tudo, já indiquei para vários outros colegas autistas que compraram e gostaram.

São ótimos fones. Já tive um QCY T13 e são bem superiores. Tanto qm design, sendo mais elegante e compacto, oque me agradou muito e foi um ótimo ponto para eu comprar. E também, o mais importante, qualidade de som, que não estoura e nem tem ruído estranho – claro que não é um produto highend, mas serve MUITO bem para quem aprecia música. Ponto muito positivo também são os supressores de ruídos, que são muito bons!
