no vino con su plástico que protege la pantalla (el que tiene el número de pulgadas de la pantalla y se tiene que quitar antes de usarlo) está bien para un uso básico (ver videos y escuchar música) hay ocasiones en que no responde rápido pero son pocas veces. se debe de tener cuidado con la pantalla ya que se raya con facilidad. en estos momentos estoy buscando un protector de pantalla que le quede.
