A: Sorry to tell you that the battery-power camera cannot support continuous recording, because that will drain the battery quickly.
The battery-powered camera is a kind of motion detected camera, which means it will only record when there is a motion detected.

Q: How the does the Reolink battery-powered camera record?

A: Reolink battery-powered camera record based on the motion detection (used PIR sensor), and you may record to the micro SD card (optional) or upload to the Reolink Cloud. Please note battery-powered cameras doesn't support record for 24/7.

Q: Does Battery-Powered Cameras Support Adding User Accounts?

A: Reolink battery-powered cameras only has the default user account "admin". Users cannot add other user accounts on the battery-powered cameras.

Other Reolink cameras（POE/WIFI) could add 19 user accounts. With the default admin account, there are 21 accounts in total.

Q: How to remote access the Reolink battery-powered camera?

A: Reolink battery-powered camera provides UID(based on P2P) for the remote accessing
and you may just add the camera via UID to log in it remotely without any special settings.

Q: If i am not at home connected to wifi, how can i view my live feed from my phone?

A:  according to our examination, the WIFI range for this model is about 229-262ft. However, the WiFi signal can be easily affected by the environment and the actual distance you can get relies on your camera's working environment.
