Technology: CNC fine carving

CNC engraving is one of the most sophisticated printing tools.
The processing time of each printing is long. It is so-called slow work produces fine work.
It is carved on stainless steel with a very sharp knife head. The knife head is very easy to wear.
It is necessary to do the second and third times to ensure the fineness.
Each printing is checked with a high power magnifying glass before leaving the machine.

Material: 304 stainless steel

After a variety of materials comparison, although 304 stainless steel processing is the most difficult, but its hardness is high, so the maintenance performance is more outstanding, the service life is the longest.

Integrated pole: whole pole turning
