Looks almost identical to the original, the replica replacement is the one marked with red in my pictures. The replacement is a slightly more glossy looking.
It lights up at the LED each time you press, unlike the original, it can lack a bit, where the input is delayed for about 1 second, if you then press again in the meantime because nothing happened, then it will respond to both inputs later, that can be very annoying.

The feel of the buttons are very close to the original.

The Google Assistant doesn’t seem to work, it activates when the black button is pressed, but doesn’t respond to the speech input through the remote, so you will have to write the command.
The rest of the buttons also work with the CEC so you can control the TV, Soundbar etc.

It is a very usable replacement for a fraction of the cost of the original. I move my Chromecast to a vacation house occasionally, and it’s nice to have a spare remote there, since I often forget it.
